Cancellation Policy

At Costa Ride CR, we strive to provide exceptional service and value to our clients. Please review
our cancellation policy below, which outlines the terms and conditions for Private travel booking:We do not offer refunds for any Private travel service under the following circumstances.

  • Transport Cancellations (0 to 30 Days): No refund will be issued if you cancel your booking within 0-30 days before the scheduled departure.

  • Flight Cancellation: In the event of a flight cancellation, we do not provide a refund. You will have to book a new reservation. If it's for the next day, the client will only have to pay 50% of the total for the new booking.

  • Health or Family Emergencies: Cancellations due to health issues or family emergencies will not receive a refund. However, you may apply the amount as a credit towards future travel bookings.

  • Flight Delay: If your flight is delayed between 6-8 hours after your arrival time scheduled. The client will have to pay 50% of the total for a new booking. After this waiting period client will have to pay the entire cost of a new booking.
